  1. Cook rice according to directions on package.
  2. Chop all meat and vegetables while shrimp thaws.
  3. Heat olive oil and garlic powder in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Place chopped celery, bell peppers, and green onion in skillet, cooking for a few minutes until vegetables begin to sweat.
  5. Add chicken to mixture, cooking until no pink remains.
  6. Add pre-cooked Andouille sausage to mixture to warm.
  7. Place dethawed shrimp in mixture, cooking until slightly opaque.
  8. Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves, and remaining spices to mixture, blending thoroughly.
