If you have been following along, you have likely noticed that I am craving calm and simplicity right now. This extends to all aspects of my life, from personal to home décor. It should therefore come as no surprise that now that it’s time to get into the spirit of the season, I am drawing inspiration from exceedingly simple holiday decor.
The inspirational images I’m sharing with you today all pull from nature and are as beautiful as they are uncomplicated. I don’t know about you, but during the busy holiday season I can use as much ease and effortlessness as I can get. If I can find decorating materials in my own back yard, all the better!

A few pine sprigs and bright fruit scattered between modest candlesticks offers a unique take on a traditional holiday centerpiece.

The beauty of these eucalyptus wrapped pillars is inarguable – just don’t try this idea with real candles!
This year, I am pulling inspiration from these examples of simple holiday decor and am incorporating natural touches throughout our home. Our living and dining areas are adorned with eucalyptus sprigs and white pumpkins through Thanksgiving, then pine and tapered candles will take over leading up to Christmas. How are you planning on decorating for the holidays this year?
