This recipe is one of my favorites because it can be personalized and changed based on preference. While I adore it made with strawberries and raspberries, it is equally as delicious when substituted with fresh peaches and blueberries. I imagine one could even make a holiday version with pomegranate seeds. What a fun seasonal treat!

- 16 ounces strawberries - sliced
- 6 ounces raspbrries
- 1 bottle champagne
- Slice strawberries.
- Fill popsicle molds about half way with strawberries and raspberries.
- Top off popsicle molds with champagne.
- Add sticks to popsicle molds and freeze for at least 24 hours.
