Kate Davison, a San Francisco Visual Strategist is the lucky woman who calls this house home. Kate first moved to the Bay Area six years ago and, after living in San Francisco for several years (you can check out her last fabulous SF apartment here), she was ready to spread her wings and embrace space on the other side of the Bay. Davison stumbled upon this gorgeous 2,200 square foot home on Craigslist and, though it was photographed horribly in the ad, immediately knew she had found her next home. Two years later, Kate has transformed the property into a bright, welcoming space that invites you in and asks you to stay a while.
