As promised, I am following up yesterday’s Volume 1 of my Coachella 2018 playlist with today’s Volume 2.  I know I shouldn’t choose favorites, but I have to admit that I absolutely adore the second half of this year’s festival mix.  This playlist contains many familiar songs and artists I have shared over the last year or two on Music Mondays.  Hayley Kiyoko, Chloe x Halle, Greta Van Fleet, Portugal. The Man, Gryffin, and Kygo have all made multiple appearances on past playlists.  To say I am excited to see all of them live, all in one weekend, would be the understatement of the century.  I positively can not WAIT!

Bands are deep in rehearsal, bloggers are flooding to Los Angeles in record numbers, and there are festival pop-up shops on just about every street corner.  Weekend 1 of Coachella begins this Friday and it is clear that festival season has officially arrived in Southern California.  To get me in a dancing-in-the-desert kind of mood, I have been listening to Volumes 1 and 2 of my Coachella 2018 playlists on repeat.  So, regardless of whether you are attending the festival this year, you can follow along as I make my annual pilgrimage to Indio.  I am sharing Volume 1 of my Coachella 2018 playlist today followed by Volume 2 tomorrow, so be sure to check back to Musings later this week!
